Pre-season practice timing at Harbor Hills will NOT follow the timing for the regular season and instead will follow a "reversed" schedule:

  • 7:45 to 8:30AM – 13 & Up Group
  • 8:30 to 9:15AM – 11 & 12 Group
  • 9:15 to 10:00AM – 9 & 10 Group
  • 10:00 to 10:45AM – 7 & 8 Group
  • 10:45 to 11:15AM – 6 & Under

Any swimmers who are new to the team will be evaluated by our coaching staff during the first set of weekend practices to determine readiness for the team.

Members of USA Swimming clubs do not need to attend pre-season practices and should continue to practice with their club.

DST Parent Meeting
Virtual - Zoom
Start: 7:30 PM
End: 8:30 PM

We have scheduled a DST parent meeting to introduce our coaches, provide an update on the plans for this season, and answer any questions you may have about the team. Both new and returning parents are encouraged to attend.

The meeting will be held virtually and should take about an hour. It will be recorded for those unable to attend and the recording will be sent out via email following the meeting. Meeting details:
